I called Hixx Plumbing to request a drain locate on my home. The nice lady on the phone asked when I would like to schedule an appointment. I told her today if you have anything open. I was blown away to find out that I could have a plumber at my house within an hour and a half! Lee arrived on-time and went right to work. He took the time to explain what he was doing each step of the process and he located the drain quickly. Based on the service that I received today, I would call Hixx again. Nice work!

I was searching for a plumber to fix a small leak in a sewage sump drainage pipe. My first call was to a small repair service and was informed that they don’t delve into this type of plumbing problem - so I asked him for a good plumbing company for this work. He quickly suggested Hixx. The Hixx professional evaluated the issue and quickly fixed the problem - then tested and retested to ensure the repair was successful. After his cleanup, everything looked like new.

Great group of workers, fantastic attitude for a project that was definitely not a fun one. I had considered doing it myself, but it was pretty nasty under there. And, though a leak occurred overnight they were out first thing the next morning to fix it and were very apologetic. Having worked in irrigation systems when younger, I know that it was not their fault, but related to the age and condition of the pipes they were working on. I have used them multiple times, and am always satisfied.

I had a leaky bathtub faucet handle and a bathroom sink that had little to no water pressure. Lee showed up on time of appointment and diagnosed issues and double checked with his boss on some things. Being late in the day Lee said he would be back the next day. He showed up with all the parts and I had bought a new faucet and Lee replaced the bad parts in bathtub and installed my faucet for us. Lee was nice, courteous, and diligent in his work. Bath tub faucet is no longer leaking and we have great water pressure in bathroom sink. This was a great experience. I highly recommend Hixx Plumbing.

Had two crews come out to our home to do a random list of things during our rebuild from a fire and these guys and this company are awesome and easy to deal with...took care of everything and made the process painless...Disaster Response hired them as they have been handling the fire clean up and rebuild from day one but both companies have been flawless to deal with through a rather rough patch. Can't thank you enough!
